LEURE is the solo beats project from Ash Hendriks (of Wolves At The Door fame).

Hypnotic, enthralling, sensual and completely intoxicating...

Leure is a prolific and capitivating artist, characterised by her unusual shifting beats, floating ethereal vocals all mixed with a haunting beauty.

Australian radio and media heralded this new forray into the electronic world, with debut single Tired being met with immediate airplay on national broadcaster Triple J and independent radio around the country.

The debut album 'Holland Sky' was written in two weeks and saw Leure playing shows all over the country. Similarly, follow-up EP and title track Lightfields was met with equal applaud and play.

Currently residing in Amsterdam, LEURE earnt herself a coveted residency at the OT301 where she spent her days & nights writing her next release Rush, all the while immersed in one of the most exciting art spaces in the world. While her signature beats and etheral vocals are still present in spades, the fragility of her previous releases seems to have been engulfed by a newfound sense excitement, empowerment and seduction . Keep an eye for the first taste in the coming months.

LEURE has been likened to Tricky, Grimes, Bat For Lashes, Lykke Li, Fever Ray, The XX, Zola Jesus and Marina Topley Bird to name but a few, some very nice company to keep...

An in demand live act, LEURE has showcased at Waves Festival Vienna (only Australian artist invited) and supported the likes of Tame Impala (Aus), Chet Faker (Aust), Maria Minerva (Estonia/ London), Owl Eyes (Aust) , Lil Jabba (US) and Cashmere Cat (Nor).

You'll hear the luscious & in demand vocals of Leure on a heap of collabs - collab with Flight Tonight Lines in the video section below. Dom Simper (Tame Impala) is a fan and remixed her debut single Tired turning into a slow burning dancefloor groove (see audio below).

This is seriously spellbinding, stop-you-in-your-tracks-it's-so-cool-and-yet-so-beautiful kinda stuff. Prepare to be seduced...
