"FIRST LIGHT" [REVIEWS]

"Like Haim on a violin." (Dom Alessio, Triple J Home & Hosed)

"Sure you could compare this to Haim but it's also got that nod to Tango era Fleetwood Mac with an attention to hook details and pop precision. The Twoks really hitting their straps with this one." (Dave Ruby Howe, Triple j Unearthed)

"Like a lost track from Cyndi Lauper's 'She's so unusual' given a DayGlo modern makeover." (mess+noise)

"The Twoks do artisanal power-pop on 'First Light' and they do it well. Shades of Stevie Nicks are present in the killer chorus..." (Single of the Week by Lachlan, Beat Magazine)

"A burst of new energy and influence." (Sabi, Mismatch.tv)

"I remember way back when Ra Ra Riot was still using violins in their production and it made everything seem so heartfelt and pure. The same can be said about The Twoks today." (Justin Lam, indieshuffle.com)

"A fresh and welcome twist to the electronic music genre...catchy and classy stuff." (soundchips.co)

"It may well be 2014's electro pop sensation a la Haim or Lorde." (bandbookinc.wordpress.com)

"A day-brightening piece of shimmering pop." (Matt Bond, itsmykindofscene.com)
