This core foundation is all about strengthening your diaphragm muscle and solar plexus, gathering the fuel to sing, and learning breath and sound control.
CHANT
This core foundation is about exploring sound, textures and range to awaken our inner vocal confidence and conviction and in turn activate the whole instrument that is the body.
DRONE
This core foundation is where we ground and anchor our voice by exploring and activating the low range of our voice via the art of droning

Three Core Foundation Method Story
Rose Zita Falko has spent the past 15 years devoted to the voice. After extensive training with vocal coach and mentor Sharon Thompson, Rose Zita ventured into a vibrant career within the performing arts.
While attending a songwriting retreat in Nashville USA, Rose had many fellow artists inquire as to whether she had ever considered vocal and artist development coaching. This ignited an awakening of sonic service.
Rose Zita decided to develop her own method revolving around the consistent practices and exercises she had implemented within her daily vocal warmup to ensure her voice stayed healthy, strong and show-fit.
Breathwork, movement and grounding played a big role as well as expansion, vocal control and sonic texture.
With these key ingredients in mind Rose Zita Falko has developed a holistic and nourishing method to awaken and continue to grow the authentic voice and artist within. The combination of traditional vocal technique meets holistic practices creates a unity of sonic power.
