BASICALLY TWO MAIN THINGS TO REMEMBER:
1) The ENABLE SECTION toggle switch - Setting switch to "ON" makes section Visible on your page. Setting switch to "OFF" disables the section and Hides it from your page. You can turn sections on & off anytime, always hit SAVE ALL to confirm any change. As a little safety feature, if you leave a section blank, by default it will also not show on your public page.
2) The SAVE ALL button saves everything on your page every time you hit it.
If you make any Change or ENABLE / DISABLE section, remember to hit SAVE ALL.
Note - The Only time you don't need to hit SAVE ALL, is with your Banner & Your photo section, these two sections save automatically with your changes as you do them.
Every thing else should be be pretty self explanatory..the idea is that you fill out the sections you can, and if you can't fill out a section, that simply shows you what you should be working on! OPL is your promo kit, but also your reminder of where you're at with your creative mission and associated web presence!
the quickest way to build a page is to compile the following promo items you want to use to present yourself:
- Your Bio or Media Release
- Press Pics
- Social Handles
- Playlists or tracks (Spotify / Apple Music / Soundcloud)
- Videos (Youtube / Vimeo)
So.. after reading this, delete all the text in this ABOUT section.
This section is where you write your Bio for your general page, and for a campaign page you'll put your media release here.
For Industry it becomes simple copy and paste (or download) into their sites, ticket links, programs, media outlets etc.
For you its your new central location for approved materials, that you can keep evolving and updated.
