Chloe Sea is a singer-songwriter crafting evocative, heartfelt music shaped by her roots in the Barossa (Ngadjuri country) and her life now shared between Adelaide and Brisbane. Her sound is marked by wistful storytelling, rich folk-pop textures and emotional depth, drawing inspiration from artists like Lizzy McAlpine, Hozier and Taylor Swift.
Now based between South Australia and Queensland, Chloe is studying a Bachelor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium (Griffith University), where she holds both a Chancellor’s Scholarship and a George Alexander Foundation Scholarship, recognising her talent and dedication to her craft.
With thick, textured vocals set against a backdrop of soft, soothing tones, Chloe creates a whimsical mood that resonates with listeners. Her live performances are intimate yet powerful, showcasing her ability to connect with audiences through honesty and atmosphere.
Chloe has performed at acclaimed events and festivals including WOMADelaide, MusicSA’s Scouted, Fleurieu Folk Festival, Space Jams, New Found Sound, and Copper and Stone,, steadily building a presence in the Australian live music scene.
Her songwriting has received critical recognition from Triple j Unearthed, the ASME South Australian Young Composers Awards and the International Songwriting Competition.
Following her 2024 single Call It a Day, Chloe is currently in her writing era, developing a new collection of songs that explore themes of resilience, reflection and self discovery. She plans to release new music at the end of 2025.
