Muma Doesa is a Hip Hop/Soul/Reggae Emcee/Vocalist/ based in Melbourne, Australia, performing live on stage, and in freestyle cyphers in Australia since 2004. MD has been performing in Australia, and New York promoting her solo album "Ms Fortune" with DJ Rellik (Turnstyle Records), and vocalist Quashani Bahd .
MD has collaborated with G.E.D. (NY) and Psych Les of The Beatnuts. MD has performed alongside Brick n Lace (Jamaica), Solomon Childs (Wu-Tang), Tha Alkaholics, Lotek (UK), Motley (UK), G.E.D (NY), South Rakkas Crew (U.S.) and many artists from her home town of Melbourne.
She has released a new video clip for her single "Walk Alone" from her "Ms Fortune" album, which was filmed in Melbourne by Raw Lab and Turnstyle records, and launched on February 1st 2015 at The Evelyn Hotel in Melbourne, Australia.
MD's latest collaboration is a track named "Brooklyn Bollywood Remix" by New York based Collective named G*E*D which also features Psycho Les of The Beatnuts. This track is available for free download on mumadoesa.com .
MD has just released her Debut Solo Album in June 2013,"Ms. Fortune" , recorded partly in Oz with Dj Rellik @ Turnstyle Records, and New York with Siege the beat Bully and Dunna@ 100 Puresent Records.
The album has been played on JJJ, RRR , 3CR, PBS and Hardcore Classic Radio in Australia, and She Radio in Chicago.
MD performed at The Delancey and The Pyramid Club in New York in 2014, and recorded a new music video which will be released in 2015.
Muma Doesa also performed at Nuyorican Poets Cafe and Pyramid Club in New York in 2012 and 2013.

"The Illest Female Rappers Vol. 18" alongside Da Brat and Estelle
Muma was formerly a front woman with 6 piece Hip Hop/Soul band, Blunt Paper Massive who have perfomed at Moomba, Brunswick Music Festival, and St Kilda Festival in Australia.
