Why was my Page Set deleted when I thought it was paid for?

Firstly - We can restore your Page Set if you did not want it deleted. Please read on below.

To note - You should have received notifications about about a pending deletion, if you haven’t, please check junk folders, we apologise for any inconvenience here.

We have recently updated some of our systems.

Pages are now deleted 3 months after non payment, however, if you thought you were up to date, it could be that your payment has been declined for some time (possibly years) without you realising it, and your page was deleted as a result. This can happen due to expired credit cards / old payment details that weren’t updated.

In our old system - If a payment was declined, a Page Set remained active, and payment was attempted again, however, sometimes payments just kept declining, across years.

In our new system - Pages are now deleted 3 months after non payment, and we have implemented clearer notifications to allow you to get your payment details up to date in time for processing.

We temporarily archive deleted Page Sets in case of restore requests.

WE CAN RESTORE YOUR PAGE SET if you did not want it deleted.

Please use the support email form below and let us know the URL of the Page Set you want restored.

When your Page Set is restored, you have 30 days to pay for your Page Set to keep it active, just login with your usual details, and click the red PAY FOR THIS PAGE SET button next to your URL. This will set up a new, up to date, subscription, and you’ll be all set from there.

Some reminders here:

- Subscriptions are per Page Set (each Page Set has 4 customisable pages associated with your URL). You can have multiple Page Sets within one account (for different projects etc) but each Page Set will need its own subscription.

- There is an Auto-renewal toggle associated for each Page Set, please set it to ON, if you want your payment processed each year automatically.

- Please keep your payment details up to date in your Account section. You’ll now receive a notification if your Credit Card has expired.

Please contact us using the support email form if you want your Page Set restored, include the URL you want restored, and we’ll get that done for you.
